Which WhatsApp integration do we need?
A WhatsApp Business integration supported by Intelligent ERP, typically through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Our implementation team will confirm the right setup for your company and message volume.
Is read status always available?
Delivery and read receipts are shown when the WhatsApp platform provides them. If a customer has disabled read receipts, the log shows Delivered.
Can customers pay from the message?
Messages can include a payment link placeholder that points to your chosen payment provider. Payment-provider integration is configured separately.
