What hardware does the POS support?
It runs in a modern browser on Windows, macOS, Android tablets and iPads, with USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners, receipt printers and cash drawers.
How long can a terminal stay offline?
Terminals keep billing for extended outages. Queued transactions sync as soon as the connection returns; we recommend reconnecting at least daily so stock levels across branches stay current.
Can cashiers see cost and margin?
Only if you allow it. Role permissions control what cashiers can see and which discounts they can apply without approval.
