Is implementation included?
Starter includes self-serve onboarding. Growth includes guided onboarding with a consultant. Enterprise includes a dedicated implementation team and a written plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Your data and configuration carry over unchanged.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in. POS cashiers are licensed per terminal, not per person, so shift teams can share a till.
